Possible Delays

  • During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disturbances, deliveries may be delayed. In such cases, we will ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible time.

  • Delivery is managed by third-party courier partners, and the date of delivery provided is provisional.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, reshipping charges will be applicable and must be paid by the customer.

  • If the Proof of Delivery (POD) from our courier partner contains your name or that of the designated recipient, The Pen Lounge will not be responsible for claims of non-receipt.
