📦 Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible to return or exchange the product.

✅ Eligible Returns/Exchanges

  • Faulty or defective products

  • Incorrect product received

  • Exchange for a different product (subject to availability)

⚠️ Conditions for Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or transit damage caused by improper packaging will not be eligible for return/exchange.

🔁 Exchange for Other Products

  • You can exchange the product for another of equal or higher value.

  • If exchanging for a higher value product, the price difference will need to be paid by the customer.

  • Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

⏳ Processing Timeline

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

  • Approved exchange products will be shipped to you.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products used or not in original condition

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • The Pen Lounge reserves the right to accept or reject any return/exchange request based on inspection.
